I cannot recommend Claire and WS Insurance Brokers highly enough. As first-time buyers of a converted freehold property with a leasehold flat, arranging buildings insurance turned out to be far more complicated than we ever expected. We received quotes elsewhere that were more than double the price and were left feeling completely overwhelmed. Claire was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to understand our unusual circumstances, answered every question with patience, checked every detail thoroughly (including things we were worried about such as the flat roof), and kept us updated throughout the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Thanks to Claire’s knowledge and persistence, she was able to secure us a policy that was not only suitable for our property but also significantly more affordable than anything else we had been offered. The level of customer service we received was exceptional. Claire was professional, approachable, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping us find the right cover rather than simply selling a policy. Thank you so much, Claire, for making what was an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.
